Fraunhofer Institute for Microengineering and Microsystems IMMThe division Microsystem Technology forms the technical and methodological basis for many research and development projects. It makes targeted use of existing resources, in particular silicon technology, cleanroom facilities, laser processing, and precision engineering, in order to implement internal and external partner projects with the highest degree of precision. Key focuses include the further development and application of technologies that have already been tried and tested in successful collaborations. Of course, we are also constantly expanding our scientific excellence to be available to our partners in groundbreaking projects today and tomorrow.
