Green Chemistry and Sustainable Synthesis Principles: Photo-, Electrochemistry and Assisted Biocatalysis

This training course is designed for specialists, researchers, and decision-makers from the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, as well as academia. It provides a general introduction to modern green and sustainable synthesis technologies with a focus on photochemistry, electrochemistry, and assisted biocatalysis. The course combines fundamental principles, industrial use cases, and hands-on demonstration sessions. Participants will gain a clear overview of how flow-based technologies enable safer and more sustainable chemical syntheses using light, electrons and enzymes as reagents and catalysts.

Key topics include green chemistry principles, sustainable process design, and applied processes from the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry.

Number of participants: minimum 5, maximum 20

The registration deadline is expected to be April 22, 2026 (two weeks before start).
