Our employees also receive a company pension (VBL) and a subsidy for the Deutschland-Ticket Jobticket.

Equal opportunities

We live and shape a diverse and open culture and do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of age, gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion, ideology, disability, or sexual orientation and identity. Each institute has an equal opportunities officer (BfC) with whom we continuously develop our working conditions.
Attracting, developing, and retaining more women in applied research is an important goal for Fraunhofer. With our comprehensive support and development program “Fraunhofer TALENTA” for female scientists and female managers, we are working successfully to achieve this goal.
